My personal experiences with RINGANA d-eat after surgery

Sometimes life turns out completely differently than you expect. After a fall, I suffered a painful fracture in my jaw joint—a diagnosis that completely threw me for a loop.

My jaw was secured with four screws and a wire so that it could not move and the fracture could heal.


The pain was enormous, and the following time was full of sacrifice:

For three weeks, I couldn't speak and was only allowed to consume liquids, and only through a straw. During this challenging phase, RINGANA d-eat helped me incredibly and literally saved me.

  • 200 ml almond milk or oat milk

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

  • Optional: ½ banana for sweetness


Mix everything together – a creamy treat for in between meals!



Vanilla-Cinnamon Dream:

  • 1 serving of RINGANA d-eat

  • 200 ml soy milk or almond milk

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup for a slight sweetness

My conclusion and my personal recommendation

The weeks following my fall and jaw surgery were a real challenge—physically and mentally. Not being able to speak and eating all my meals through a straw was a completely new experience.


But I am so grateful that I was able to rely on RINGANA d-eat during this time.
